where do you get it? why do you use that particular brand?

I take Puritans Pride "Green Source"

I order it from their website...it's cheap...

but I know I can be going with a better vitamin

Do not take one..........eat very healthy.

I dont agree at all journeyman, just my opinion. Gnc has a good multi, its basically their mega man with a little more, its like active formula or something

OVERrated, but essential.

Eat a GOOD well balanced diet with a few nutritonal supplements and a multi-vitaman is certainly not necessary.

Liquid Vitaman is the ONLY way to go. Pill form can not be broken down fully before it comes out as waste.
